Position Summary: Organize, administer, and oversee the operation of the Forensic Case Management System, Psychosocial Rehab Program, PSI, CCSS adult and child, Community Connections Intensive Case Management, ACT, Assertive Treatment Team, FACT, Assertive Treatment Team, Jail Diversion Programs, Bridge Services and Crisis Triage Services. * RELATIONS - Develop and maintain working relationships with various community entities to include, but not limited to, Bernalillo County Metropolitan Detention Center, Public Defenders Office, District Attorney and the Provider Community.
