The Street Outreach Specialist will use trauma-informed, person-centered, harm-reduction, and Housing First approaches to help individuals access basic necessities, emergency shelter, behavioral health services, employment opportunities, reentry resources, and permanent housing. This position involves community-based fieldwork, including walking through neighborhoods and outdoor locations, visiting areas where individuals may be experiencing unsheltered homelessness, and traveling to community agencies or client appointments.
