Becomes a certified coach in EBPs as directed by supervisor including, but not limited to: Effective Practices in Correctional Settings II, Cognitive Skills interventions and groups, Core Correctional Practices, Strategies for Effective Pretrial Supervision, Motivational Interviewing, Coaching Network for Change, Core Correctional Practices- Reimagined, Ohio Risk Assessment System tools, Individual Program Plan, and Behavior Management System. Demonstrates an understanding of all EBPs used at the Agency including, but not limited to: Effective Practices in Correctional Settings II, Cognitive Skills interventions and groups, Core Correctional Practices, Strategies for Effective Pretrial Supervision, Motivational Interviewing, Coaching Network for Change, Core Correctional Practices- Reimagined, Ohio Risk Assessment System tools, Individual Program Plan, and Behavior Management System.
