The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in a Part 1542-regulated airport environment, a strong understanding of aviation security regulations and operational procedures, and the ability to interpret regulatory requirements, assess compliance, and provide effective coaching and guidance to security personnel and site leadership. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work rotating, non-traditional hours, including days, swing, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, to ensure consistent quality assurance coverage across all operational shifts.
