Job Description: Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computing infrastructure, operating systems, and/or middleware products on all computer platforms, including mainframes, workstations, servers, and web servers, in support of 24x7 business processes. Work closely with application support teams, infrastructure teams, database administrators, business users, vendors, and site leadership to maintain system availability, resolve incidents, support planned activities, and improve operational reliability.
