You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phones, addressing customer inquiries and questions, recommending repairs and vehicle services, ordering parts from suppliers, providing status of vehicle repairs, etc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, strong service writer capabilities, and previous customer service experience.
