Job Functions and Percentages of Time: 50% Tech Team Personnel Management & Leadership - Supervises, directs, and evaluates the daily work of three full-time technical career employees: the Website Developer (Applications Programmer 2), Information Technology Administrator (Information Systems Analyst 2), and Helpdesk Technician (Business/Tech Support Analyst 2 TX), as well as a team of student IT assistants. To guarantee that independent, student-driven goals are successfully achieved, the Assistant Director must possess the specialized expertise to effectively translate the unique technological needs of student-led initiatives to central Campus Information Technology team, securing critical buy-in, alignment, and collaborative support from campus partners.
