Your day will involve coordinating manpower and equipment, planning upcoming work, communicating with Project Managers, directing subcontractors, monitoring production, resolving field conflicts, and ensuring work is completed safely and according to project requirements. You will take ownership of day to day field operations, coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, inspections, production, and project sequencing while working closely with Project Managers and company leadership.
