Current locations are Bowling Green, KY.<br/><br/> <br/><br/><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong><br/><ul><li>Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in the critical path to ensure timely completion.</li><li>Perform QC duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.</li><li>Communicate with the project team regarding ASIs, RFIs, and Material Submittals.</li><li>Ensure that the subcontractor fully executes and complies with his contracted scope of work.</li><li>Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.</li><li>Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.</li><li>Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.</li><li>Maintain a daily log (written) of activities on the job site.</li><li>Ensure the subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by the project team.</li><li>Walk all units on the project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.</li><li>Participate in weekly PM/GC/subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.</li><li>Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors regarding quality of work or scheduling.</li><li>Ensure that the job site is always kept clean and organized.</li><li>Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.</li><li>Gather project material submittals & maintain approval records at the job site.</li><li>Identify areas of work issues that are within the subcontracted scope.</li></ul><br/>Qualifications:<br/><br/>·       5+ years of experience in managing multi-million-dollar industrial projects.<br/><br/>·       A minimum of a high school diploma or higher education in a construction-related subject is preferred.<br/><br/>·       Minimum of OSHA10, CPR, and OSHA 30 preferred<br/><br/>·       Multi-lingual with fluency in English Spanish and Korean preferred<br/><br/>·       Candidates must abide by drug-free workplace policy and are subject to testing.<br/><br/>·       Must be able to travel when required.<br/><br/><strong> </strong><br/><br/><strong>Benefits:</strong><br/><br/>·       Competitive Salary package with travel, housing, medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage<br/><br/>·       The company provided life insurance and short and long-term disability coverage.<br/><br/>·       401(K) with employer matching<br/><br/>·       Company paid vacation and holidays.<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>Please apply here and we look forward to speaking with you!<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>
