Candidates must be able to walk construction areas and uneven terrain, stand during inspections and testing, access authorized work areas, and perform field observations in South Florida’s heat, humidity, and marine conditions, with reasonable accommodation where applicable. Reporting to the Manager of Construction Services, this position provides construction oversight, contract administration, quality assurance surveillance, schedule and cost monitoring, secure-space coordination, commissioning, and facility turnover support.
