Requirements Prior experience managing ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+ Strongly preferred: large scale multifamily construction projects (ideally valued at $30M+) Proven experience overseeing large, ground‑up multifamily, podium, mid‑rise, or similarly complex vertical commercial construction is preferred Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles.
