Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs, conducting regular site safety audits, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, leading safety orientations and ongoing training programs, investigating accidents, preparing and maintaining documentation related to safety inspections, collaborating with project managers to address safety risks, monitoring subcontractor safety performance, developing job hazard analyses, and promoting a culture of safety awareness. Due to ongoing growth and an expanding project portfolio, our client is seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to support field operations and ensure company-wide compliance with all applicable safety regulations and best practices.
