Requirements: • 3-7 years experience in a leadership role in underground or utility construction • Demonstrated ability to successfully supervise projects of at least $1M • Capacity to manage single projects between $1.5M and $4M • Thorough knowledge of pump and machine repair, basic electrical knowledge, craft agreements, jurisdiction negotiations, engineering, cost control, schedules, and safety • Knowledge and understanding of the general and subcontract documents, drawings, and specifications, construction means, methods, and materials, understanding of line and grade, and survey methods • Knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting procedures • Computer skills required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs • Knowledge of scheduling software, such as Primavera and Microsoft Project • Strong management leadership and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing • OSHA 10 Construction Certification or ability to obtain during pre-employment company-provided online training • Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Drivers License.
