The EKM program encompasses enterprise program management and KM coordination; knowledge capture, organization, discoverability, and reuse; KM systems design, development, operations, and sustainment; records and repository management; business intelligence, data analysis, and performance measurement; and training, adoption, and organizational change management. This is a senior leadership and Key Personnel position responsible for the successful execution and integration of a complex, enterprise-wide EKM program supporting USSOCOM Headquarters, Component Commands, and Theater Special Operations Commands.
