Job Duties: Caring and multitasking the needs of our 5-year-old daughter, toddler, and our infant, ensuring safety at all times, communicating openly, working collaboratively sometimes with me (Mom) when I am available to tag team care for the kiddos, engaging the eldest in creative play and activities, tracing letters and educational activities, reading, art projects, assisting with pre-made snacks and drinks, encouraging independence, modeling good manners and following parenting preferences, all child-related care for our infant such as diaper changes, feeding, burping, soothing, following nap routine, and age-appropriate play. Light household tasks such as organizational tasks for kids’ spaces, tidying the playroom, organizing children’s closets, helping the housekeeper with laundry when needed, and being flexible to help with additional tasks.
