As the 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the maintenance teams responsible for installation, repair and preventive maintenance of all critical equipment across the plant, facilities, utilities and powerhouse, ensuring smooth operations with minimal mechanical downtime and maximum production efficiency. Advanced technical skills in ammonia refrigeration, high-pressure boilers, compressed air, and mechanical and electrical systems (PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical engineering), with the ability to lead resource planning in a large manufacturing environment.
