This individual leads a team of operational accounting experts who are collectively responsible for assisting the Plant Manager and HR Director in identifying cost reduction opportunities, tracking plant KPI performance, ensuring delivery of capital project returns, developing budgets and forecasts, and managing local plant accounting functions. The Controller also supervises the plant general ledger functions and financial reporting, plant level accounting control (e.g., expense reports, inventory, petty cash, etc.), and plant level operations analysis.
