This role requires exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. We're looking to bring in dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute to high-impact projects while pursuing opportunities for growth and development in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Act as the single point of contact for all document control activities at the project site, coordinating between Design Engineering, Contractors, and the Owner's technical staff, on behalf of Decima International's client</li><li>Assist various project leads with the creation, submission, tracking, and closure of project documentation</li><li>Maintain a consistent on-site presence at dedicated project locations, working a minimum of 40 hours per week, with daily or weekly site visits</li><li>Attend and facilitate both internal and client weekly project progress meetings</li><li>Scan, organize, and file project documents to ensure proper record-keeping</li><li>Track project materials, prepare spreadsheets, and compile necessary backup documentation for accurate project reporting</li><li>Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of relevant state and city-rural area legislation to ensure project compliance</li><li>Cultivate a comprehensive knowledge of the Quality Manual to support project quality standards and procedures</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONSRequired qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in an industrial construction or office setting after graduation is required</li><li>Proficient in computer skills and software applications</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Strong mathematical skills are a plus</li><li>The ideal candidate should be highly adaptable and quick to learn</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency with computer software and administrative systems in a Windows environment (file management, document tracking, spreadsheet applications, data input and retrieval, etc.)</li><li>Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills in client-facing roles</li><li>Must be capable of operating a vehicle safely, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain an acceptable driving record.</li></ul>POSITION DETAILS<ul><li>Primary Location(On-site): Conesville, Ohio </li><li>Position: Document Controller</li><li>Position Classification: Salary-based full-time hours</li><li>Current work permit required. Job Title: Accounting Manager Reports To: Director of Finance Position Summary The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations of the department and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of the monthly close process. This role manages core transactional accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, billings, and journal entries, while supervising a team of six direct reports. The Accounting Manager will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting process discipline, and driving accountability across the accounting function.
