Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including revenue cycle, clinical, operational, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment of workflows, system functionality, and organizational goals; support knowledge sharing and cross-training across application teams. Lead and support projects and enhancements, including new functionality implementation, upgrades, vendor changes, and workflow redesign initiatives, while adhering to organizational project management (PMO) methodologies.
