The Cook is responsible for producing the full lineup of Marczyks signature, scratch-made sides, entrees, grab and go sandwiches, soups, grab and go salads, ice cream, deli sauces and meat department marinades alongside a dynamic and diverse set of crew members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work efficiently and independently in all aspects of sides, entrees, grab and go sandwiches, soups, grab and go salads, ice cream, deli sauces and meat department marinades (reading and scaling recipes, gathering ingredients, utilizing all available equipment, etc.).
