Assists in monitoring products in the freezer walk-ins and storerooms to ensure freshness and availability.

li>Breakdown work station and complete closing duties as assigned; return all food and cooking items to the proper storage areas; rotate all returned product wrap cover label and date all item being put away; straighten up and organize all storage areas clean up and wipe down food prep areas reach ins/walk ins and shelves; return all unused and clean utensil/equipment to the specified locations; properly cool down hot items; turn off all equipment not needed for the next shift; restock items that were depleted during the shift.

The Line Cook is responsible for cooking, preparing, and garnishing all hot food and cold food items for the restaurant, amenities, room service, banquets, and catering.

Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems; however, must be able to work in extreme temperatures like freezers (-10 degrees F) and kitchens (+110 degrees F), possible for one hour or more.

As a Line Cook/Food Prep Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized cooking area.
