In this position, the General Manager will execute the corporate strategic plan, with primary focus to lead, direct, and manage all aspects of the plant's machining operations, including production, scheduling, facilities/equipment maintenance, and other support functions. The GM will be expected to maintain a continuous improvement environment to achieve an efficient operation, throughput generation, resource management, and control of operating expenses, while maximizing profitability.
