The Associate Corporate Counsel provides legal support across the organization's diversified financial services operations, including retail banking, mortgage banking/servicing, wealth management, commercial banking, corporate banking, and specialized lending. This role supports the General Counsel and senior corporate counsel by advising on legal matters, assisting with legal operations, and helping ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
