Interacting with Sales, Logistics, Operations, Accounting & Finance, Information Services, Procurement, and External Services Departments while drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including: inland river transportation agreements, charters, operating agreements, marine services agreements, hold harmless agreements, professional services agreements, SaaS contracts, and licensing agreements. The Corporate Counsel team member would be responsible for: Contributing to the Legal and Claims Team’s mission of delivering high levels of customer service and support on commercial, transactional, and regulatory matters, as well as incident and casualty response efforts when needed.
