Coordinate with estimating, safety, legal, risk, and operational leadership to prepare, submit, and maintain comprehensive prequalification packages for prospective general contractors, architects, and owners (including platforms like Building Connected, COMPASS, etc.).Coordinate with human resources, payroll, safety, legal, and operational leadership to develop proactive strategies, strong policies, and business-oriented solutions to maintain compliance with state and federal laws while operating in multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you will partner with leaders across legal, operations, safety, finance, and human resources to help build and maintain the compliance infrastructure that enables our teams to pursue new opportunities, enter new markets, and continue to execute projects with confidence.
