Essential Duties and Responsibilities Act as thought leader and trusted resource to deliver quality research, data, and insights to support, shape, and drive strategy and decision-making Collaborate with the production team to deliver business development research, reports, insights, and target market deliverables Lead the build-out, expansion, and ongoing management of the team’s data platforms, databases, and tools to enhance research, analysis, and business development efforts Track and analyze industrial market activity along with data, news, and key indicators for the team Translate complex data into actionable insights, forward-looking market perspectives, and compelling client-facing reports and presentations. This role sits at the center of our brokerage, research, analyst, and technology efforts—leveraging real estate data and on-the-ground intelligence to create and deliver insights that drive smarter decisions and stronger strategies for our team and clients.
