Administer and maintain the Compliance Management System (CMS) documentation and tracking that supports compliance with regulations such as but not limited to, state and federal telemarketing rules (TCPA), state and federal lending rules (TILA, Reg Z, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, GLBA), BSA/AML/OFAC as applicable, consumer marketing and related lending and refi activities.
