You communicate complex financing concepts clearly to senior executives and cross-functional partners, build credibility with banks, investors, rating agencies, developers, and sponsors, and remain effective in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. You will lead complex structured finance, project finance, equipment finance, and investment-grade debt transactions from initial strategy through closing, while partnering closely with Corporate Development, Legal, Tax, Accounting, and business leaders.
