Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining custom CRM architecture; building datasets, entities, workflows, and processes to support new initiatives; managing data structures to ensure accuracy, integrity, and policy compliance; overseeing data imports and mappings; and monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
