This includes relaying instructions to patients, following procedure protocols, injecting radioactive isotopes, acquiring images, processing images, reviewing images for accuracy, and ensuring image quality by performing equipment quality assurance (QA). The employee is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, general laborer, lab personnel, etc.) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard).
