Schedule/Shift : M-F 8-5pm Territory/Location: Mission Home Health of Carson City - Reno, NV Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day office and clinical operations, ensuring continuity of services, completion of daily and weekly tasks, and appropriate staff coverage during absences. Review, approve, and follow up on clinical documentation including plans of care, evaluations, OASIS, 485s, chart audits, complaints, and quality improvement reports; address documentation deficiencies as needed.
