Provide expertise and consultation throughout each step of a typical assessment cycle (e.g., designing of learning outcome statements, alignment of curriculum content and educational activities to learning outcomes, assessment planning, development of formative and summative assessment techniques, data collection, assessment reporting).Regularly monitor results from annual program and institutional assessments, as well as program review, consulting and advising academic and student affairs leadership on interpretation of results and implementation of plans in achievement of continuous improvement. The Senior Associate will collaborate with academic parties of interest, including faculty, program directors, instructional designers, teaching and learning/faculty development staff, and subject matter experts, to ensure effective academic quality assurance for practices, interventions, and an environment to best support continuous improvement of student learning.
