This role partners closely with subject matter experts across Mission Operations, Engineering, Programs, Manufacturing, and Support to translate complex technical and operational requirements into effective learning experiences delivered through digital, instructor-led, and blended formats. You will own end-to-end content development—from training needs analysis and instructional strategy through storyboarding, development, implementation, and measurement—ensuring training products are accurate, scalable, and aligned with evolving system capabilities, SOPs, and operational realities.
