Position requires 3 years of experience in the following: Utilizing Waterfall, Agile, and Hybird methodologies to manage software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Government and Public Services industries; Participating in all phases of project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing software solutions for enterprise-level clients; Participating in functional, regression, and performance testing, utilizing Atlassian Jira, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Six Sigma framework to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; Supervising teams focused on different workstreams of engagements including functional design and testing ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines; Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio; Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, MS Project and Jira, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders; Participating in the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing MS Project, and Kanban boards; and. Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and Instructional design models including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE).
