Your responsibilities will include: • Answering and directing incoming customer calls with professionalism and care • Making outbound follow-up calls for service and sales opportunities • Scheduling service and sales appointments efficiently • Taking and relaying accurate phone messages • Providing helpful information and support to customers • Assisting with general administrative and clerical tasks • Ordering parts needed for service repairs • Confirming appointments for multiple divisions • Participating in the on-call phone support rotation for weekends and holidays • Debriefing service appointments and ensuring accurate communication across teams. Qualifications: • 1 year of customer service or customer experience preferred • Professional and positive personal presentation • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to take initiative and work reliably in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and team members • Strong multitasking ability in a dynamic environment • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with computer systems and common office software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to read and write English at a high school level.
