Required Skills: Associate degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal Science, Food Science, Communications, Marketing, Sales, or a related field and/or two years of relevant professional experience in client services, enrollment, sales, account management, certification, or a related field. Assist with the development of certification policies and procedures, guidance documents, and certification forms in conjunction with the Certification Officer to maintain efficient workflow, adopt industry best practices, and identify key areas for continuous process improvement.
