Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) technology, enrollment analytics, and data informed recruitment practices, the Enrollment Counselor manages prospective student pipelines, tracks recruitment outcomes, and implements strategies that increase applications, deposits, and enrollment yield. GENERAL SUMMARY: The Enrollment Counselor is a key member of the Enrollment Management team responsible for supporting Bennett College’s strategic enrollment goals through recruitment, admissions counseling, relationship development, and enrollment conversion initiatives.
