In this role, you'll provide consultative sales support for business clients by taking either inbound or outbound calls and working closely with cross-functional teams to present solutions that save customers time and money, enabling them to focus on what matters most. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

You will meet with members by phone or video conference to review available program options and provide helpful information in a professional and easy-to-understand way. In this role, you will connect with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefit programs through established unions, associations, and member-based organizations.

Educates membership on implications of economic, industry trends, tax law changes, estate issues, retirement risks, and other threats to an effective retirement income plan, as well as USAA's financial products and services.

Our comprehensive, fully paid six-month training program includes all training materials, class discussions, hands-on training, e-learning modules, and the instructor led guidance will help you to support our membership independently. You will interact with our members across multiple contact channels (i.e. inbound phone calls, email, chat, social media, etc.) to provide adequate coverage and advice to help ensure members’ financial security.
