The Principal Technical Program Manager is a leadership role where you"ll set strategic technical direction and drive a transformative, cross-organizational initiative spanning multiple business workstreams, a large portfolio of new deal types, across several engineering organizations, and a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders, with a firm deadline to fully deprecate MGM"s legacy ERP and complete the integration. Influence and advise VP-level leadership across multiple Finance Technology and Studios Technology organizations - plus Finance, Accounting, Tax, and FinOps - on technical investment decisions, organizational alignment, and long-term platform strategy, making priority calls based on business value, partner readiness, and platform reuse.
