Bachelor's degree in business, operations, information technology, life sciences, healthcare administration, data or analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, plus a minimum of seven years of business analysis, process analysis, technology evaluation, operational improvement, or value-realization experience in a complex enterprise. Demonstrated experience eliciting and documenting requirements, mapping current- and future-state workflows, establishing measurable baselines, analyzing comparison or before-and-after results, and maintaining traceability from business need through solution and outcome.
