The incumbent assists DFO with the development and implementation of the annual College budget, forecasting annual commitments and revenue, expenses, cost recovery, and outstanding multi-year commitments and projects; monitors and performs monthly reconciliation of expenses, including payroll expenses for all College personnel utilizing multiple funding sources, including Auxiliary funds. Under the general supervision of the Director of Finance and Operations (DFO), the Lead Financial Analyst plays a key role in budget and financial analysis, forecasting, budget planning, variance analysis, cost recovery analysis, external and internal project analysis and reporting, and process improvement for the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
