Provide for general upkeep of facility, office and resident rooms including, but not limited to making resident beds, dusting, spot clean walls as needed, baseboards, windows, fixtures, clean floors by vacuuming, shampooing, mopping, clean and disinfect commodes, sinks and showers, restock light bulbs, soap and toilet paper as needed, wash, dry, fold/iron residents personal laundry, remove trash as scheduled, maintain current knowledge and understanding of proper use of chemicals, tools, and equipment associated with job related tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Assist and provide oversight with residents’ daily living activities: report changes in resident conditions to management, remind and supervise residents with self-administration of medications, support residents in making a smooth transition into the facility.
