Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor I, the Support Services Assistant (SSA) is responsible for performing the following job functions: Creating and maintaining organized files, data entry, note taking, copying, office procedures, and other tasks related to the provision of reasonable accommodation, including mobility and personal care assistance for an employee with a disability. The majority of the work will take place in one of the following locations with consumers, the public, colleagues, and other stakeholders: a DOR open office setting in a cubicle environment, offsite in the community, at events and various partner locations, and/or at an approved alternate work location.
