The Human Resources Coordinator supports daily Human Resources operations by serving as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and assisting with core HR functions including onboarding, payroll support, employee records management, compliance, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR operations. This role works closely with HR team members and operational leaders to support HR initiatives, maintain employee documentation, coordinate HR processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within Safran Electronics & Defense.
