Additionally, this leader will identify education and training needs of the Ballad workforce, and designs and delivers training to facility leaders, team members, medical staff members, and support leadership. This leader will participate as a member of the Infection Prevention senior leadership team, responsible for team development, annual and long term strategic planning for the department, and work with facility leadership for individual facility plans.
