Your responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to):Inspecting buildings, grounds, and public areas to identify work that needs to be done and ensure the property maintains a neat, clean appearanceFollowing up on work orders to efficiently troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all kinds of building systems, alarms, control systems, elevators, roofs, parking lots, and more, coordinating with outside contractors as neededResponding to tenants' calls for maintenance, light changes, carpentry work, etc. Today, our focus extends to urban core property redevelopments in the Greater Cleveland area where we're revitalizing the community and creating strong relationships with clients.
