The Senior Application Developer – SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition & Onboarding will configure, develop, support, integrate, and maintain enterprise Talent Acquisition and Onboarding applications while partnering closely with HR, Recruiting, IT, business stakeholders, and third-party technology vendors. The successful candidate will lead application configuration, system enhancements, integrations, testing, production support, release management, incident resolution, and continuous improvements supporting enterprise recruiting and onboarding initiatives.
