Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and repairs in classrooms, offices, restrooms, common areas, and exterior grounds; completing preventative maintenance and addressing facility-related repairs; helping maintain essential building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, doors, and other systems; and coordinating with outside vendors and contractors for larger maintenance projects. This important position plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for our students, staff, parishioners, and visitors.
