Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Curriculum and Instruction, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in organizational development, professional development, curriculum design, training implementation, leadership development, educational leadership, or a closely related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Under the support of the Executive Director of Human Resources, the Director of Organizational Development leads the College's strategy for leadership development, succession planning, institutional training implementation, and organizational development initiatives that support growth and institutional effectiveness.
