Beyond technical and engineering aspects, the ALFD will actively participate in multiple functions of business including but not limited to project planning and budgeting, accounting, contract negotiation, legal and regulatory interaction, general operations, and maintenance and environmental due diligence for proposed acquisitions. In this capacity the ALFD will coordinate/manage multi-faceted projects such as landfill cell construction, landfill capping, leachate pre-treatment projects, landfill gas collection systems, landfill gas to energy projects, landfill closure, etc.
